Plant Based Eating
There are many health benefits of including more plants in your diet and following a ‘Plant-based’ diet. This session was recorded as part of a presentation to a group on the benefits of plant-based eating and provides tips on how to incorporate more plants in your diet. It also addresses some of the typical nutrient deficiencies associated with plant-based or vegetarian or vegan diets. Also, discussed are the benefits for athletic performance and optimal performance of the body generally by following a plant-based diet.
