How We Can Help You

We are educators on using food as medicine to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals. Our focus is on educating our clients on the use of food as medicine as well as lifestyle practices to improve health and wellbeing.

We are experts in nutrition and work with individuals and organisations to provide education and increase understanding of good diet and nutrition practices.

We deliver presentations & educational programs on key nutrition and lifestyle practices including on key public health issues to support good health.

Building a Robust Immune System

A robust immune system is essential to keep us healthy and to help fight infection.

This course is presented by Cathy Roberts, a Clinical Nutritionist from FAME (Food AS Medicine Education). Cathy will educate viewers on key lifestyle and dietary choices that strengthen and protect the immune system. Tips and recipes are shared to educate viewers on how they can meet their key nutrient requirements for immune health as well as support their immune system via both dietary and lifestyle modifications.
